Officers are elected by the Board of Directors at the first Board meeting following the annual meeting. They serve until they are replaced by a successor, resign or are otherwise removed. The office of President and Vice President must be held by Board members.
Committee Chairs are appointed as needed by the Board of Directors and serve at the pleasure of the Board. The Nominating Committee Chair must be a member of the Board.
